She writes young adult fantasy and adult contemporary romance novels with strong women and swoonworthy men.
One hot night changed everything.
Life is simple...until it's not. As owner of a successful bar in Nashville, I have everything a guy could want. Well, almost everything.
I don't have her.
Josie Jensen. Bookstore entrepreneur, ice cream connoisseur. Smart. Funny. So off-limits I should get arrested for being near her.
In a moment of madness, I forget the golden rule: friends don't sleep with friends. It's the best and worst way to ruin a friendship.
Now we've moved from friends for life to baby on the way. My major mess-up? I once said I didn't want a family. Ever. And that woman has a memory like a steel trap.
I only want to protect her from my baggage--things I can't control.
What if being with me robs Josie of her chance for a perfect life?
There's nine months between secrets and the truth.
Fitness Trainer. Bartender. Fake fiancé.
I didn't plan to fall for her. One minute I'm kissing a stranger on New Year's Eve and the next I'm engaged. It's only a misunderstanding, but I'll take advantage of this unexpected gift. A convenient fake engagement is just what the doctor ordered for my dying grandmother.
Songwriter Makenna Ross is the hottest woman I've ever met, and she's been strumming at my heartstrings from our very first kiss. And her little boy? He's stolen my affection, too.
When Makenna's ex-boyfriend hears of our engagement, the lie grows bigger. Bolder. Realer. Yeah, yeah. I majored in physiology, not English.
There's something she's not telling me. The harder I chase, the faster she runs. She's perfect for me, if she'll let her guard down and let go of her past.
This is my chance to have everything I ever wanted. I'm Aiden Alesini, and I'll do whatever it takes to win her love.
A second chance with the girl of my dreams...
People say you can't go home. But they're wrong, because I did. I returned to my roots--my haven in Nashville.
After all, this place holds all my special memories. Special places. Special people.
Her.
Kiley Vanderbilt. Former beauty queen. Star of all my teenage dreams.
She never knew why I turned away from her and all the nightmares I lived afterwards.
Now, I'm face-to-face with a woman who still turns my palms sweaty and my jeans tight. A stubborn woman who plans to rope me into a reality show so she can prove something.
Thing is, I love a challenge.
I'll win this battle of the sexes. Kiley might as well wave the white flag.
Fourteen days of filming. Six camera crews. And a minefield of hidden cameras. This time, no one's getting away.
She's desperate to erase the past. His job is to expose it.
Leo Jensen has a secret--he is Mr. Expose, a blogger that reveals the truth about liars and frauds. It's a way to make a living, and he's had a motherlode of experience with liars. Cheaters. Women who live for drama and carry more hidden baggage than a Boeing 747.
Then she moves in next door, borrowing his books and his heart. Tripping up his sensibilities and breaking through his guard.
Harper Wade wishes life had a do-over button. She'd press that sucker and reset the last four years. Now, she has the chance to start fresh and make things right, but first she has to retrieve the damning evidence of her past from an annoying blogger.
Too bad he's the hot new neighbor and holds the key to her clean slate.

Draven isn't looking for a summer fling. Coral doesn't need attachments. But sometimes the riptide of attraction grabs us and pulls us under.
If you're a fan of The Little Mermaid by Hans Christian Anderson and other poignant tales, you'll like this story. If not, please take this as a warning. Sometimes, life is gritty.
This story is a novella first published in the anthology, LORE.
Join Mia as she journeys to discover the truth in Whispering Woods. This box set contains three full novels.
The Waiting Booth (Book 1): A missing boy, government agents, an interdimensional portal... Mia has one goal for her senior year at Whispering Woods High—find her missing older brother. But when her science project reveals a portal into another dimension, she learns that travelers are moving in and out of her woods in the most alarming way and government agents Regulus and Arizona are policing their immigration.
Whisper of Memory (Book 2): Weapons training and winter formals… a deadly combination . All Mia ever wanted was to fit in at Whispering Woods High. But being a portal-finder who dates a guy from another dimension sort of makes it hard. Between learning about weaponry, finding the perfect dress for the winter formal, and catching bad guys, who has time to fit in?
Watcher of Worlds (Book 3): Senior year should bring fun, friends, and happiness. Not portals, treachery, and murder. Seventeen-year-old Mia Taylor, gatekeeper to an interdimensional portal, wants nothing more than to heal from her romance gone wrong. Illegally falling for her co-worker Regulus had been a huge mistake. But when Regulus goes rogue to hunt down a murderer, Mia must forget her broken heart and use her unique abilities to save him.
I just published THE POSSIBILITY OF PERFECT. It's a standalone, friends-to-lovers and surprise pregnancy book. While it's book four in the Stand By Me series, they are all companion books.
Is there a message in your novel that you want readers to grasp?
I think the inherent message is that you are not parents or your past. Also, you are ALWAYS good enough and need to believe you deserve love.
How much of the book is realistic and are experiences based on someone you know, or events in your own life?
My book is a romance, yet it hits on a lot of serious stuff--mental illness, surprise pregnancy, job security. Kind of like real life. I've experienced the last two. I also spent several years teaching at a facility where I witnessed a lot of diagnosed mental illness.
Who designed the covers?
I am in love with this cover. Najla Qamber is the designer of this series. Sara Eirew is the photographer; Alex Boivin is the cover model.
Is there anything you find particularly challenging in your writing?
Time. Time management is one of my toughest challenges. This year, I decided to learn to use Dragon Dictation software to better use my time.
When and why did you begin writing?
I've been creative and writing all my life, but I didn't become published until 2011.
What book are you reading now?
27: DROPPING THE GLOVES
If any of your books was made into a film who would you like to play the lead?
I have a crush on Charlie Hunnam, but but he really doesn't fit a character. Jensen Ackles could play Leo in THE BEAUTY OF LIES. Jennifer Lawrence could play Harper in the film.
